By accessing our website or using services provided by Catawba Valley Builders LLC, doing business as Brush and Blade - Grading and Septic ('Company', 'we', 'us'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
We provide excavation, grading, septic installation, land clearing, forestry mulching, demolition, driveway construction, site preparation, and emergency disaster services in North Carolina. All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and site accessibility.
Quotes and estimates provided are based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, hidden obstacles, permit requirements, material costs, and scope changes. Written contracts will specify final terms for all projects.
Payment terms are specified in individual project contracts. We may require deposits for materials and scheduling. Failure to pay according to agreed terms may result in work stoppage, liens, or collection actions.
Customers are responsible for obtaining necessary permits unless otherwise agreed in writing. We install septic systems according to approved permits issued by local health departments. We do not design septic systems.
Customers must provide safe and legal access to work sites. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities, irrigation systems, or underground features not disclosed prior to work. Customers should contact NC811 for utility locates before excavation begins.
Our liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages. We carry general liability insurance and workers compensation as required by North Carolina law.
Work schedules are subject to weather conditions. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, permit processing, material availability, or circumstances beyond our control.
Workmanship warranties are specified in individual contracts. Septic systems are installed per manufacturer specifications and approved permits. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing.
Disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to mediation or arbitration in Catawba County, North Carolina, governed by North Carolina law.
